Who cares about the Herald or any other newspaper, there are plenty of other news resources out there

Which generally get all or most of their content from mainstream sources such as the Herald. Or whatever equivalent is local to them. So the question is: if you’re not getting your news from the usual sources, where are you getting it from, and what does this reveal about the preferred form or degree of predigestion you prefer of your news?

They (NZ Herald reporters) are like strippers, proud cause they are good at what they do (propaganda), not so proud as to boast about where they work.

That article in the Herald about 'ear-flick' Mason was something thaat I got annoyed about reading the herald online this morning. I'm glad that Editing the Herald wrote about it. Aren't the Herald journos ashamed to be associated with it. Even if they got it from radio station? It has been well established that Mason's case had nothing to do with s59 either in the old law or the new law. Yet bozo journo's continue to say that it does. You have to as if they keep their brains in their circulation rating file?

Every town should be so lucky, but then there are such riches within the lumpy folds of the Granny Herald
